Yoona is a Therapist, Artist, and Column Writer. Her studio work mainly focuses on photography, painting, drawing, and collage. She has also produced videos and sculptures.
“While painting, I create a variety of images that are graphic and free-associative; using fine lines, object scratching, and painting in layers. Collages contain my imagination utilizing the unique image sources I find randomly – from map to automobile magazines. I enjoy transforming images that are rather not obvious: The collage work, Dream Car reflects a mechanical image built with fashion items, such as classy high heels and jewelry. I like to confuse my audience in a good way, hoping they will enjoy this process with me.”
